newspaper delivery boi XD

This is part of a cover for a journalism competition....the contest for artists is to design a cover for the book that will have samples for all the winning submissions from around the state. ^^ I really don't know that much about it.... ;___;

Anyway, the theme is "Times have Changed." Therefore, here is futuristic newspaper boi. He's strange...I want his shoes!! X3 Past newpaper boi and present newspaper girl are still unfinished. ;___;

I worked my ass off on coloring this, which is why I have massive copyright thing this time. Gomen ne? XD I really would like some critique on this before I have to submitt it...which is tomorrow unfortunately, but oh well.
